How to check that we are who we say we are

This industry has a fraud problem. Rather than put a graphic on the page claiming we are trustworthy, here is the information you need to verify it yourself, and a plain account of how we handle your data.

If someone contacts you claiming to be AMA Funding from a different number, a different domain, or a free email address like gmail, it is not us. Call the number above and tell us.

What we will never ask you for by text or email

We will never ask you for a Social Security number, a bank login, an online banking password, a debit card PIN, or a one-time passcode by text message or email. Not once, not for verification, not ever. Anyone who does is not us.

We also never ask you to pay a fee to get funded. There is no application fee, no retainer and no "release fee". If you are asked for money up front by anyone claiming to represent us, stop and call us.

This connection

Every page on this site is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate, HTTP Strict Transport Security, and a strict Content Security Policy that blocks scripts entirely - this site runs no JavaScript at all. You can confirm the certificate yourself by clicking the padlock in your browser's address bar. We would rather you check than take a badge's word for it.

How we handle your information

  • What we collect is listed plainly in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
  • Your business information goes to underwriters so they can tell us what they would offer. That is the service you asked for, and it is the only reason it moves.
  • Consent records are kept with the date, the exact wording you were shown and the action you took, so that if you ever ask us to prove or revoke permission, we can.
  • Sensitive documents are handled on secure systems, never over text message.

We maintain a written information security program with access controls, multi-factor authentication on systems holding customer information, and an incident response plan, appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.

Stopping contact

Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell us by phone or email. You do not have to use a particular word or channel. An opt-out on one channel stops all of them, immediately. Ask us to confirm and we will check the record and tell you.

Reporting a security problem

If you have found a vulnerability in this site, email [email protected] with the details. We will acknowledge it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. Machine-readable contact details are at /.well-known/security.txt.

What we deliberately do not display

You will not find trust seals, security-vendor badges, star ratings or customer testimonials on this site. AMA Funding was formed in 2026 and has no track record to point at yet, and a badge you can buy proves nothing about whether a company will deal with you straight. The registration number above is worth more than any of them, because you can check it without asking us.
